Investigate and determine what our physical goals are - discussion on our skills, locations, and possible venues to promote Ubuntu and F/OSS - what and how much can we shoot for?
meetings - initial meetings in irc? Future in-person get-togethers are a must as well

Local events - local LUGs - work with them - are any actually active?? List of them anywhere?
possible joint efforts - if a venue is in Portland or south, NH/VT folks might be able to attend/assist (and vice-versa)
Group organization - teams/groups/contacts/leads etc - depends on how big we get - small group less formal - lrg group needs more guidelines/structure
